MAKE AN ENQUIRY

The quickest & easiest way to get a quote is to add products to your basket, you can search by keyword or theme.   Alternativly you can email us or come in for a meeting.   If you have any questions, give us a call & our team are always available to help you.

 

OUR TEAM GET IN TOUCH

Once submitted, your enquiry is picked up by the Team.  They will check the items’ availability for the hire dates provided.  Please note, our hire charges are based on a 3/4 day hire Fri-Mon or Tue-Fri.   Contact us directly if you want to make a longer booking, need to collect on a different day or cannot find what you are looking for on: 01992 507 940.

 

VISIT OUR SHOWROOM

You can also come & visit our Hertfordshire showroom to view our collection, meet the team & do a trail set up.  We have a large collection of props & flowers to look at – it’s so vast and varied we can’t list everything on our website! We have made all the necessary Covid-19 adjustments to ensure a safe working environment for staff, clients and visitors.  Please call us or email dressityourself@gmail.com to book your visit.

 

CONFIRM YOUR QUOTE

To confirm a hire & before items can be collected, you need to sign our terms & conditions, & make full payment.  For first time hirers, we will hold your card payment details on our system until the items are returned in the same condition they they were sent out.  You can pay by cash, card or paypal but we no longer accept cheques.

 

JOB IS PACKED & DISPATCHED

Confirmed hire jobs are packed ready for collection from the warehouse.  You can arrange  your own transport, we can recommend a trusted courier service or we can deliver & collect it for you at an additional charge. Your driver will need to quote your ref number & name on arrival.  Smaller items will be boxed,  but larger items may require a blanket or duvet to wrap them to avid scratches, we recommend you check all items & call us with any queries / shortages as soon as you receieve them.

 

JOB IS RETURNED

You should return all items by the date agreed – please call us in advance if anything changes.  Use the invoice note to check you have included all items & chargeable packaging needed for the return.  Once received, your job will be checked in & we will notify you if there is anything missing, broken or not as expected.
